This mixture is then poured into a kettle with a stout. Before pouring the mixture one has to take a few deep breaths. Then bend the head in the direction in which one has to pour water. Relax the mind and body. Slowly pour the salt and water solution in one of the nostrils. After the pouring is done wipe the face with a towel and feels the heat of the mixture intact in the nostrils. Therefore a person is not able to stay at ease. Mixing honey in hot water for gargles prove to be soothing and relaxing for an individual. One can also mix turmeric and mineral salt in hot water for gargles. These natural and Ayurvedic remedies to do gargle help one to elevate mucus from the throat.
