   The term IBS stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is a health disorder that means improper bowel movements. Though one might feel a disorder in bowel movements as a common health obstruction it might worsen with the time if not taken care of in a proper manner. IBS indicates a chronic bowel movement problem that needs to be cured immediately. In the early stages of the syndrome, it can be treated by a few changes in the food pattern, changes in lifestyle, and adopting a bit of exercising as well. But if the syndrome has reached its peak then it should be cured by proper medication at the earliest possible time.

This paste involves a mixing of ingredients like ginger, cumin powder, and cinnamon along with honey.
