Aloe Vera is a small plant with thorny edges of leaves and is green in colour. This plant has many beneficial uses for health and beauty. Therefore it is used for various purposes like making cosmetics, home remedies for skin and hair, and also the plant is useful to cure various health issues as well. Just as the plant is beneficial for cosmetic purposes the plant is equally important for a healthy diet too. Hence many people prefer to consume it either in the form of gel or juice.
