Carrots are one of the healthiest and brightest appearing vegetables. It is highly loved by kids and high on nutrition too. Carrots are a versatile ingredient and are used in the preparation of various dishes such as sandwiches, in preparation for various vegetables, or while preparation of Chinese cuisine. Carrots are also healthy and can be the best-taken advantage of eating it raw in the form of salad. Carrots can also be freshly juiced to kick start the day.
