Tea is that part of the day for an enormous part of the rabble of the society that they start their day with. Various countries have various forms and patterns of preparing tea from different ingredients. But some of the ingredients like tea powder, sugar, and milk are found to the commonly used ones. Few people prefer to consume a healthy version of it by discarding sugar from their tea or having a herbal tea. There are a variety of herbal teas like green tea, jasmine tea, cinnamon tea, lemon tea, hibiscus tea, and many more in the queue. These different forms of tea are not just appealing in taste but also have beneficial properties for our health.
