Arthritis is accounted for as one of the most irritating and painful health ailments. It is a health condition that involves pain and swelling of joints and muscles. Hence the individual is not able to function properly and is not able to carry out daily routine functions like brisk walking, climbing steps, bending, or picking up heavy things. Consuming at least one clove of garlic helps to get rid of the painful issue immediately or another best method to attain the benefit of garlic is to heat sesame or mustard oil and adding few crushed cloves of garlic in it. Adding it in the regular or herbal tea can work wonders too.

Walnuts are full of anti-oxidants. They also consist of anti-inflammatory properties which is beneficial for people suffering from arthritis. Walnuts are also rich in various other nutrients. Hence this rich in nutritive properties food should be consumed by people of all age groups and especially those who are suffering from arthritis.

Grapes are full of antioxidants as well. They also consist of anti-inflammatory properties. Hence grapes are one of the healthy and must be consumed fruits for arthritis patients. It helps to lower the pain and make it easy for such people to move their joints, hands, and legs. One can start their day by having grapes in their breakfast or even a glass of its juice could work well.

  1. Aloe Vera

Because of its anti-inflammatory property aloe vera is another emerging herb in Ayurveda to cure arthritis. Fresh aloe vera is the best remedy to cure the ailment. If not fresh aloe vera can also be used in the form of gel, capsules, tablets, or liquid extract. Aloe vera also consists of various other beneficial properties like it is healthy for the digestion as well as for our skin and hair.
