Vata Dosha

Vata dosha is one of the dominant doshas of the body. It can also be abbreviated that Vata dosha balances all other doshas of the body. Hence one needs to always keep it balanced. Vata dosha is the air element of the body. It cannot be designated to a single factor of the body as it helps to get control over majorly body functions.

But on the other hand, such people are also ambitious and dedicated to the task. This habit might also result in over-working and straining the body. Kapha dosha's dominant people are considered to be one of the best personalities to spend time with. Such people are easy to go personalities and meddle well with people of all forms of temperaments. Kapha dosha is responsible for the element of earth in a human's body. People with Kapha dosha dominance are usually lazy. They are not fiery and ambitious about their task hence they at times lag at their professional space too. Though they are hardworking at times lack their smartness too.
